RV-C series reducer

The RV-C hollow shaft reducer is equipped with a central through hole and component configuration to achieve greater design flexibility and space saving.

● Backlash less than 1 arc-minute;
● Hollow shaft through hole (up to 5" in diameter) saves space;
● Installation of auxiliary motor into the hollow shaft;
● Strong torsional rigidity and compact size;
● Part style realizes more design flexibility;
● Integrated angular bearing with greater thrust and cantilever momentum;
● Higher available ratio (up to 400:1) and does not increase the size of the reducer;
● Maximum torque to 5X rated torque (emergency stop);
● RV-C hollow shaft reducer is equipped with a central through hole and component configuration to achieve greater design flexibility and space saving. The component contains rolling contact components to achieve high efficiency, long service life and minimal backlash. At the same time, an eccentric second-stage deceleration is designed to increase the reduction ratio selection while reducing vibration and inertia. The reducer is also equipped with a set of large internal angle bearings to achieve greater load capacity and reduce the need for external support equipment-thereby reducing design time and installation costs.
● Longer service life and reliability

● Homwing reducer includes a patented two-stage reduction design, which can provide greater torque, and provide high reduction ratio and high impact load resistance under the premise of ensuring high precision and light weight. RV uses the unique pin teeth and RV gear structure of the cycloidal design of rolling contact parts to reduce wear, prolong service life, and reduce backlash, making it more resistant to impact than traditional reducers, and further reducing backlash. The reducer is also equipped with a set of large internal angle bearings to achieve greater load capacity in order to reduce the need for external support equipment-thereby reducing design time and installation costs.

● The actual symmetrical gear design and all shafts supported by ball bearings guarantee constant performance during the service life and allow the peak value to reach 5 times the rated torque in a short period of time (for example, during an emergency stop).
