In fact, the proper installation, application and maintenance of planetary reducers are the key steps to ensure the normal operation of mechanical equipment. Therefore, when installing the planetary reducer, in which order must be carefully installed?

1. Before installation, ensure that the motor and reducer are in good condition, and strictly check whether the specifications of each part of the drive motor connected with the reducer match. It refers to the specifications and matching dimensions between the positioning convex service platform and shaft diameter of the drive motor flange and the positioning groove and hole of the reducer flange; scrub the stains and burrs on the matching surface.

 

2. Tighten the power plug in the processing hole on the flange side of the reducer, rotate the input end of the reducer, align the hexagon socket nut with both ends of the processing hole, and insert the hexagon socket special tool to loosen the hexagon socket screw.

 

3, portable drive motor, so that the shaft of the groove perpendicular to the reducer input hole at the clamping screw, and the drive motor shaft inserted into the reducer.

 

Into the final hole. When inserting, be sure to ensure that the concentricity of the two is the same, and the two flanges are parallel. If the heart is inconsistent or the two flanges are not parallel, be sure to find the reason. In addition, in the installation, the prohibition of hammering, you can avoid the hammering of the axial force or axial force damage to the two rolling bearings, and according to the assembly line rocker to distinguish the mutual cooperation between the two. The way to distinguish the concentricity and flange flatness of the two is as follows: after insertion, the two flange foundations are close to each other and the gap is the same.

 

4. In order to ensure the symmetrical force of the flange connection, the drive motor tightens the screws to rotate at will, but not tighten; then slowly tighten the four tightening screws according to the straight position; finally tighten the input hole of the reducer and tighten the screws. Tighten the drive motor screw as much as possible, and then tighten the reducer input hole to maintain the screw.
