HST-III hollow type reducer

HST-Ⅲ series flexible wheel is a hollow flanged standard cylinder structure. The middle part of the wave generator cam is equipped with a large-diameter hollow shaft hole. The inner part of the reducer is designed with a support bearing. It has a fully sealed structure and is easy to install. It is very suitable for occasions where threading is required from the center of the reducer.

The HST-Ⅲ series flexspline features a hollow-flanged standard barrel structure, with a large-diameter hollow shaft hole at the center of the wave generator cam. The reducer is internally designed with support bearings, offering a fully sealed structure for easy installation, making it particularly suitable for applications requiring threading through the center of the reducer. The hollow harmonic speed reducer is a high-precision, low-noise mechanical transmission device that employs the harmonic transmission principle. Its internal structure primarily consists of a flexible spline and rigid gears. Its operation is based on the elastic deformation of the flexible spline and the engagement of gears to achieve high-precision speed reduction from the input shaft to the output shaft as well as reverse transmission.
